Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms govern use of the LLM-IDE account service and web client at llm-ide.com. The desktop application is a separate local tool; your project data remains on your computer.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your passkey devices secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. One account is for one person; do not share credentials.

2. Preview service

The hosted account service is in preview. Features may change, be suspended or be withdrawn. We aim to give notice of material changes, but the service is provided as available.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of your meetings, code, documents and other project content. LLM-IDE does not claim a licence to that content. The account service does not receive it; it is stored and processed on your desktop.

4. AI services

AI features use model providers you configure. Their terms, availability and charges apply. LLM-IDE is not responsible for a provider’s output, availability or billing.

5. Acceptable use

Your use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. We may suspend an account that threatens the service, another person or the law.

6. Availability and warranty

The service is provided without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that AI output will be accurate. Keep your own backups of project data.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LLM-IDE is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data, or loss caused by a model provider. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. Questions: support@llm-ide.com.

This is an operational policy draft for the preview, not legal advice. It should be reviewed for the operator’s jurisdiction before general availability.
